Practice and Personal

Felix has gained valuable experience and expertise with Southern California law firms and corporations after passing  the California State Bar exam in 1979, including his position as in house counsel for the Ralph M. Parsons Company and Engineering Science, and later as a partner for the downtown Los Angeles firm, Cummins and White.  In 1997,  he opened his current practice closer to home in Pasadena.


Today, Felix enjoys a successful business and a felicitous family life.
